Board Games Night

Do you love board games as much as us? Every Sunday from 7pm we are hosting a board games night. With around 20 different types of games, we are catering for all interests. From Scrabble to monopoly to battleships and cards, we have it all. Come and join us solo, with a partner of with a group of friends. Its all about having a bit of fun and getting to know a few new people too!!

Open Mic Night

Come and join us for a few beers and a sing a long. Show off those amazing vocals or bring and instrument and go wild.... maybe even pair up with someone that plays an instrument. Student Night

Introducing Student Night at The Star from 7pm-late!! Every Wednesday night is now student night. A place to come have fun and get some good value food and drinks. Entertainment from a DJ or a band (follow our socials for update or to put your name forward to perform). We have plenty of food offers from a burger and a drink from £13.99, 2 main courses for £13.99 and three bar snacks for £14.99. Drink offers of 2 for £10 on cocktails, 2 shots for £5, two bombs for £6 and bottled lagers at 2 for £7 or 4 for £13.... what's now to love!!! On top of that, as an introductory offer, we will be providing a happy hour from 8-9pm on draught lager, wine, ale and Guinness of a 10% discount with anyone that produces a student ID.
